Building Information Modeling (BIM)

  • Objectives: Participants will learn how to integrate and use BIM software tools for 4D and 5D BIM modelling.
  • Content: Basic principles of the BIM approach in construction projects; BIM approach in Slovenia and abroad; International and domestic BIM associations; Guidelines, rules and standards for the implementation of the BIM approach; 3D BIM modeling and software tools; 4D and 5D BIM modeling – specifics, interoperability, interdisciplinarity and application in practice; Completing a practical training model using a  licensed software on an example of a real construction project.
  • Duration: 2 days
  • Who is this training designed for: All participants who deal with the time and costs for the implementation of construction projects in their work.

  • Lecturer: dr. Zoran Pučko.
  • Note: This training requires basic-level, prior knowledge of the use of BIM software for modeling of construction objects, cost calculation and term planning of construction projects.

Short description of the project:

The aim of the project was to solve and optimize technological processes in construction projects. Furthermore, it included training sessions for the company’s management staff in the field of operational planning along with examples and guidelines for the organization of work in the future.
