Employment relations in the digital age

  • Objectives: The aim of this course if to familiarize manages and other professionals with legal challenges and opportunities in the field of regulations which govern work conditions in the digital age.
  • Content: The content of the workshops can be adjusted and include the following topics: privacy in the workplace, fulfilment of information requirements in the digital environment, regulation of working hours in the case of work via ICT, inclusion of robots in the work process, etc. Because the process of digitalization has implications for most aspects of the employer-employee relations, other areas of employment relations can be included as well.
  • Duration: Depends on the selected topics (approx. 4 academic hours per topic)
  • Who is this training designed for: Management (on strategic issues), legal and HR personnel (with focus on implementation issues), workers ‘representatives (on issues involving workers’ representatives)
