Introduction to the Internet of Things and Cyberphysical Systems
- Objectives: Participants will be able to develop workable solutions in the field of the Internet of Things and cyberphysical systems using Arduino, Raspberry Pi, ESP8266, ESP32 technologies in conjunction with cloud services. The programming language JavaScript and node.js technology will be used. At the end of the training participants will understand the concept of a cybernetic system within the Internet of Things and cyberphysical systems.
- Content: Node.js on Linux and ARM hardware; Arduino microcontroller in Firmata, module ESP8266, ESP32; JavaScript / ECMA Script programming language; Interaction with hardware through a request / response mechanism; Interaction with hardware via an online plug-in; Object-oriented development of interactive graphs for displaying real-time data; Description of DC motor position control; Development of control systems in the Internet of Things environment, use of cloud technologies
