Problem description: The company wants to optimize waste collection in the area of ​​the city of Maribor.

Solution description: During the project, an advanced methodology for collecting and processing examples of good practices was developed. Identification and dissemination of good practices was also carried out in 10 workshops and 3 conferences. The result of the collaboration is an improvement in waste collection efficiency and an estimated 20% time saving and 10-15% shorter distance traveled.
