High Resolution Scanning Electron Microscope enables the preparation of samples for electron and scanning microscopy. It is used for micro and nanostructural analysis of metal, ceramic, polymer, composite and hybrid engineering materials.
With a high-resolution scanning electron microscope, we can monitor microstructural constituents with a resolution of up to 0.5 nm and electrically conductive and non-conductive and magnetic engineering materials. At the same time, it allows us to observe more sensitive biological preparations by working in a very wide spectrum of accelerated voltages (from very low voltages below 100 V to 30 kV).
With a high-resolution scanning electron microscope, we can find out which atoms the analyzed material is made of; how these atoms are related to each other; and what is their spatial distribution.
