Noles is a technology transfer expert at the University of Maribor. Her work is focused in the area of market research. Among other things, she provides general information to clients about expansion into foreign markets, advice, and support in the area of technology transfer, raises awareness of EU financial instruments, advises and provides support to clients in the area of intellectual property and innovation in general, organizes training and trade fair appearances, manages events (matchmaking events, conferences, workshops) for clients, provides support to clients at business partner search. In the Knowledge and Technology Transfer Office UM and DIH UM, she takes care of managing finances and administration.
