Problem Description

The client turned to DIH UM to provide experts with the right knowledge and find funding opportunities for the digital transformation of the company. The company wanted to evolve beyond traditional postal services to become a development-oriented modern post-logistics operator and provider of electronic services.

Solution

The platform, which enables a secure electronic service, is the result of a research and development project that included researchers from the University of Maribor – FERI. The result of the project was protected as a patent in the form of a method to upgrade an unreliable e-mail exchange protocol to a secure protocol for the safe exchange of messages.
